Step 1: How to Wear the sensors?
1. The wrist sensor should only be placed on the right wrist where the writing can be visibly seen.
2. The chest sensor should be placed centrally right beneath the sternum and above the stomach.
3. Make sure the Chest sensor is in direct contact with your skin ( So we can read your Heart Rate accurately)
Step 2: How to Start a Workout?
1. To start your workout, choose Program or Benchmark and click on the WOD to get started.
2. Check out the WOD Details page to learn more and see how others are performing on the leaderboard.
3. Scroll Down to choose RX or Scaled and Hit "Connect Sensors"
Step 3: How to connect sensors and pass the orientation Check?
1. Make sure the Bluetooth is toggled "ON"
2. Touch the nodes of Wrist sensor to activate it. The chest sensor automatically switches ON, when it touched your skin ( As the chest strap has touch sensitive pads)
3. Click “Connect Sensors” to view the sensors on the screen.
5. If the sensors are not visible, click “Refresh” and touch the sensor nodes again.
6. Both sensors, Chest (respective color) and Wrist (respective color), should now appear.
7. Click on each sensor to connect.
8. Once the sensors are connected, you will be directed to the orientation page.
9. Stand Still like shown in the image on the App for 3 secs.
Step 4: Start your WOD
1. Once the orientation check has been passed, you'll see the Start Button.
2. Click on it for the 5 sec countdown to begin and get ready to do your WOD :)
