What is WurQ? WurQ is a set of AI-powered wrist and chest motion sensors that automatically track your reps, range of motion, heart rate, movement, physical work, and power output as you train. Then an AI breaks all that data down for you, acting like part workout buddy, part exercise-science nerd, so you actually understand what your body just did.
Pricing - When you purchase WurQ, you will be charged a base shipping fee of $6.99 (U.S. orders) or $20.00 (international orders). Once you receive your system, you will get started on a $15.00/month subscription. However, if you were a Gen-1 or beta user, you will maintain your original subscription price.

How can I find previous sessions? To find previous sessions, scroll to the bottom of the homepage. Under the "Workout History" tab you can search workouts by name or description.
Can I wash the straps? Yes. You can wash the strap. You can wash them in the washing machine with hot or cold water. We do recommend to air dry them rather than putting them in the dryer because the dryer could damage the fabric and lettering.
Returns - If you wish to return your system, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it before you are locked into the 6 month commitment. Users will be refunded the $15.00 that they are charged for their first subscription. Users will be responsible for shipping the system back. If you wish to return your system please reach out to support@wurq.io before returning.
Cancellation - Once you complete the 6 month commitment, you can cancel your WurQ subscription. You can find more details from this article.
