To manage your WurQ subscription visit: subscription.wurq.io You will be prompted to give the email associated with your WurQ account. You will then be sent a OTP (on time passcode) to login. This will allow you to do the following:
Update their payment method, such as changing their card details
Cancel their subscription after completing the 6-month commitment period.
Update their address and view their order history
How to cancel your subscription:
As a reminder, when you purchased your WurQ system, you agreed to a 6-month commitment. Following that 6-month commitment, you can cancel your subscription if you choose to. Use this link to cancel your subscription. From here, you can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the “Cancel subscription”
There is no need to return your sensors if you cancel after 6 months. You can keep them in case you ever want to start up with us again!
Pricing:
Unlike most wearables, we don’t charge for the hardware. You will only be charged for shipping and a monthly subscription. Shipping is charged upon ordering. It is $6.99 for domestic (USA) shipping, and $20.00 for international shipping. The monthly subscription begins once your package arrives, and from there you are charged $15.00 per month, unless you were a Gen 1 user who was already paying a different rate.
