WurQ offers multiple ways to track workouts.
- Freestyle - hit the “Freestyle” button at the bottom of your screen, connect your sensors, and begin your workout. We will track all of your movements. All you have to do is input the weights you used and confirm or edit the movements.
- Programs - Programs are specific WODs with movements and weights preprogrammed into them, you just need to select a program and you are good to go. Programs also have leaderboards so you can compete with others and compare your metrics against others who are doing the same WOD. Programs will add you to a separate cohort where you can compare your metrics such as pacing, rest, and efficiency against users doing the same program. - WurQ Curated Programs — CAP, HWPO Affiliate, Mayhem Affiliate, and PRVN Affiliate. These program tracks do not include coaching guidance, intended stimulus, strategy, pacing recommendations, or other coaching content. They are provided solely to make it easier for gym members who already follow these popular programs to log and track their workouts in WurQ and compare their performance with others following the same programming.
- User Programs - User created tracks that are either open for everyone to follow or require a code to access.
- CrossFit Benchmarks — iconic workouts that athletes can return to over time to track improvement and overall performance. This space includes Open workouts, Hero workouts, The Girls, and other popular CrossFit benchmarks. A well-known example is Fran — 21-15-9 reps of thrusters and pull-ups. It’s a classic CrossFit benchmark that athletes can repeat over months or years to measure their progress.
