Why Two Sensors?

Movement data: We use existing wearables to obtain movement data from your wrist and trunk. When you lift weights we monitor your wrist. When you do push-ups, we focus on your trunk. Kinematics data provides an objective understanding of your performance insights—such as range, work, power, timing, and reps.

Heart data: It's simple: nothing can beat the accuracy of the sensor being next to your heart. Overlaying that data with knowledge of movement shows us where your body struggles the most.

Exercise diversity: Using two wearables allows us to identify a wider array of movements.
