Explaining the Time Stats: (RFT)


Time: Total time it took you to complete the WOD

Avg Time : Average time it took to for your selected group to complete the WOD

Rest : Total time you took while resting and transitioning from one movement to other. 

Rest % : percentage of Rest compared to your total workout time.

(If you finish your WOD before the Group Average, your WOD time will be highlighted in green) 



Explaining the Round Stats: ( AMRAP) 


Round: Total number of rounds you were able to complete during the timecap. 

Avg Round : Average number of rounds your selected group completed during the timecap. 

Rest : Total time you took while resting and transitioning from one movement to other. 

Rest % : percentage of Rest compared to your total workout time. 



(If you finish more Rounds  than the Group Average, your total number of rounds will be highlighted in green)



Explaining the Time Stats:  (EMOM)


Active Time: Total time you were actively working out during the WOD. 

Avg Time : Average active time for your selected group during the WOD. 

Rest : Total time you took while resting and transitioning from one movement to other. 

Rest % : percentage of Rest compared to your total workout time. 



(If your average active time is below the Group Average, it will be highlighted in green)
