How to create your Training Program and assign WODs?

Once your training program is set up, you can create WODs and assign them to the program. Athletes with access to your training program can view and track the WODs seamlessly using the WurQ App.


Step 1: On the mobile app, click on Create Program / 

On the desktop navigate to https://admin.wurq.io



Step 2: Sign in / Sign Up (The process is the similar for both mobile and PC)


Step 3: On the Home Page, click “Get Started” to navigate to the Training Program


Step 4: Name your program and set its privacy settings

    •    Public: Your programming and WODs will be accessible to all WurQ App users

    •    Private: A unique code will be generated, allowing only athletes you share it with to access your programming


Step 5: If you set your programming to Private, the access code will be displayed for you to share with your athletes



Step 6: Once your Training program has been created, let's move on to creating a WOD




Step 7: Creating a WOD is simple and straightforward:

    1.    Enter the Name: Start by naming your WOD.

    2.    Assign to Program: Link your WOD to the Training Program you created.

    3.    Select WOD Type: Choose the format of your WOD (RFT, AMRAP, EMOM, Chipper, Ladder, Cash In/Out).

    4.    Set Attributes: Enter specific details based on the WOD type:

    •    RFT: Define the number of rounds.

    •    AMRAP: Specify the time cap.

    5.    Advanced Settings (Optional): Customize further by:

    •    Setting a date for the workout.

    •    Adding a stimulus to guide the workout.

    •    Including a description and an image for better clarity and engagement.




Step 8: Adding Exercises to Your WOD


    1.    Select Movements: Choose exercises from the dropdown list and add them to your WOD.

    2.    Set Movements for One Round: You only need to configure exercises for a single round.

    3.    Mandatory Fields:

    •    Exercise Name: Required for each movement.

    •    Weights: Must be specified for weighted movements.
